In Home Visits
This practice does provide home visits for regular patients, who live in Lockridge or neighbouring suburbs, and are too frail or sick to attend the surgery. If requesting a home visit, you will need to speak to our nursing staff who helps coordinate the home visit requests. Our doctors also visit and care for our patients who need the support of a nursing home or hostel.
