Lockridge Medical Centre is now offering AstraZenica and Pfizer COVID vaccinations.

AstraZenica is available to our patients over 60 years of age.

Pfizer is now available and approved for all individuals 12 and over.

You can book your vaccination online via our website or call the practice to book.

Please ensure that you have read the relevant information and consent form below prior to attending for your vaccination.  You do not need to sign anything.

Please see your doctor if you wish to discuss any aspect of the vaccines prior to booking an appointment.
