1. If you’re sick stay home and do a RAT
2. If your RAT is negative do a PCR asap (RAT’s can be negative for up to 7 days)
3. If you are over 70 or have existing medical problems book a Telehealth appointment with one of our doctors.
   You may be eligible for antiviral medication. This has to be started within 5 days of symptom onset.
   Please let our team know that you have COVID and need a long Telehealth appointment.
4.  Mask wearing is required in all healthcare settings, residential care, public and other transport and still recommended in all indoor settings when
