A Letter to Patients

Dear Patients

Thank you for bearing with us during the past year which has been very stressful for us all. We have been touched by your support while we have strived to continue to provide you with the best service we can in a fast changing environment.

Our COVID vaccination clinic is up and running smoothly.

Our reception and clinical team have had to devote considerable time to supporting our patients through this program as well as maintaining our core service. There will be longer than usual waiting time for phone calls.
Your ongoing patience and understanding is appreciated. Where possible we encourage you to book online.
Throughout the pandemic keeping our patients and staff safe has been our priority. Lately our team has been challenged by some patients who are not accepting of our safety policies. We continue to screen all patients for respiratory symptoms both at the time of booking and on arrival. If you have symptoms you will be asked to return to your car and the doctor will carry out an initial consultation over the phone before deciding if you can enter the clinic.

It is still health department advice that anyone with any fever, sore throat, cough or runny nose should have a COVID test and that is what we will be advising you.

Yours in health
