Pascal Chane Yin

Credentialled Diabetes Educator (Registered Nurse)

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Curtin University in 2014, I started my nursing career working in general practices and was particularly drawn to chronic disease management and preventions, especially Diabetes. This interest led me to study further in that area and eventually to the completion of a graduate certificate in diabetes in 2021. Following the obtention of my credentials from the Australian Diabetes Educators Association in 2022, I decided to start my own business which I named Optimum Diabetes Solutions to provide help and support in the community.

My aim is to reduce diabetes related burdens and improve my patients’ quality of life by empowering them through continuous support and provision of up to date, evidence-based information. I believe that there is a solution to every problem and hope to help my patients find the right one for their diabetes.
