Dr Michael Ward provides telehealth consultation services at Lockridge Medical Centre

In addition to his Australian medicine and GP training, Dr Ward has also trained and worked as a GP and Family Physician both in the United Kingdom and the USA.

In the UK, Dr Ward trained at Oxford. He was later part of a pioneering program providing telehealth urgent care and GP services to patients across Metropolitan London.

In the US, In addition to his clinical work, Dr Ward also has postgraduate qualifications in healthcare business administration (George Washington University) and public health/healthcare management (Harvard)

Dr Ward is a past Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine (New York, USA) and remains currently active in public health research

Dr Ward has particular interests in urgent care, musculoskeletal medicine, chronic disease management, telehealth and public health.
