Anita graduated from the University of Kathmandu, Nepal in 2005. 

Since 2008, she has worked in various medical and surgical specialities at Royal Perth and Swan District Hospital. She has completed a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine in 2018 through Curtin University.

Anita enjoys all aspects of medicine, with interest in musculoskeletal and work-related injuries, management of chronic health conditions, women and child health.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing and running after her two kids.
